Green Conut, a renowned brand of handmade soap, has taken the market by storm with its unique selling point - unscented products. With a recent rebranding and corporate identity overhaul, the brand now boasts packaging that perfectly captures its essence.

Green Conut's journey began over eight years ago, and since then, it has garnered a loyal customer base and a reputation for its unscented soaps. However, the brand lacked clear recognition, positioning, and differentiation from its competitors. The challenge was to convey the prominent features of the products through their image and packaging.

The solution came in the form of a reimagined packaging design that perfectly encapsulates the brand's commitment to unscented elegance. The brand logo, a combination of the initials "G" and "C" in Green Conut, symbolizes the brand's spirit of returning to the original - purely unscented. The logo incorporates rotating arrows, representing the importance the brand places on nature's ecological cycle and sustainable management.

The packaging design for Green Conut's soap series is a testament to the brand's dedication to product information integration and systemization. By unifying the visual elements, color schemes, and illustrations of the ingredients, the packaging not only conveys the advantages of the product but also creates a visually cohesive and recognizable brand identity.

One of the standout features of the packaging design is the use of a single color (brown) to illustrate the source ingredients, emphasizing the unscented nature of the products. This auxiliary image, combined with the brand logo, creates a visual experience that strengthens and differentiates Green Conut from similar products in the market.

Furthermore, the packaging design incorporates a shared box model, which not only saves costs on inventory and printing but also retains the old image while presenting a simplistic and beautiful quality. The cover paper uses the same packaging material, ensuring a consistent and cohesive brand image.

The Green Conut packaging specifications vary based on the product. The dimensions for the unscented soap packaging are 10 x 10 x 3.5 cm, while the anti-mosquito soap packaging measures 5.5 x 5.5 x 4 cm. The lip balm packaging dimensions are 10 x 3.5 x 3.5 cm, and the organic pure golden shea butter packaging measures 9 x 9 x 9 cm. These dimensions ensure that the packaging not only protects the products but also adds to their overall aesthetic appeal.

The Green Conut packaging design project was completed in February 2018 in Taiwan. The meticulous research and attention to detail that went into the design process have paid off, as the brand was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in Packaging Design in 2019. This prestigious accolade recognizes the brand's outstanding creativity, technical prowess, and contribution to improving the quality of life through innovative design.
